Update on Jillian Brough.Since we had such a great experience with Jillian last year in our purchase of a home (closed July 2023), we decided to use her services again this year!! We needed to do a 1031 exchange for a property we sold in another state. I contacted Jillian and she immediately went to work. We wanted two homes in the Aberdeen tract in St Johns County.Well, to make a long story short, we just closed on our second home.
